The
lack of infrastructure and equipment is the greatest obstacle to
tribes' attempting to achieve connectivity and networking systems
in their communities. In addition, limited access to capital often
prevents tribes from building out these systems and seriously undermines
the formation of tribally-owned businesses that could provide services
in needed. However, a number of tribes have been able to bring connectivity
to their communities, as evidenced by the links below.
